| With the new GPHS Class of 1961 WebSite, the class organizers now have a way to keep track of classmates who are on the move. Each member of the Class of 1961 needs to contact fellow classmates so they know this website is up and functioning. When you look at the list of class members who have been lost due to address changes, it may take several years to get the addresses up to date. Each class member needs to take some responsibility in contacting others to make sure they are aware of the website. You might say we are as strong as the missing link! The cost of communicating with our class via mail is $600.00 per mailing. With this web site communication cost is minimal. So email each other so we can say that we know where 90% plus of the class of 1961 is located. Remember in 2011 the 50th class reunion is being broadcast as the best one ever. We need to make sure we have a complete list of everyone's email and physical location within the next two to three years. | |||

| My wife, Joan, and I live on a small beef farm in North Canterbury about 50k north west of Christchurch in the South Island of New Zealand. I have several jobs, mostly related to medical research. With others, we have founded The Canterbury Charity Hospital in Christchurch to deliver day surgery and medical treatments to those who cannot access the NZ public health system. My interests include freshwater and sea fishing, shooting and riding the horses around the rural district where we live. You are most welcome and we look forward to your visit. | |||
